#Would a Seymour duncan Pegasus work well as a neck pickup?

Experiment!
It will be rather loud and maybe a little bassy. You will need a really loud bridge pickup to balance with it. I would say try it if you have one laying around, but I probably wouldn't buy one for the purpose.
I'd have to go out and buy one (used tho) to try this out, I'm thinking of having a nazgul for the bridge, is that enough to balance it out?
You can also combat the loudness by just lowering the thing
But a Nâzgul should work yes
However it will have more bass than a normal neck pickup
Thats fine w me, i run w bass dimed anyways
The Nazgul and Sentient balance pretty well. The Pegasus is quite a bit louder than the Sentient.
on the flip side, the Pegasus and Sentient balance pretty well too. You could buy a Pegasus, throw it in the neck and see if it sounds good at all, and if not throw it in the bridge and buy a Sentient
