The points don't usually change each race so you should expect the 25 for 1st down to 1 for 10th at any given race. The exception to this is if the race is sufficiently shortened the points paid will be changed according to Article 6.5 of the Sporting Regulations

there also was a one-off double points in Abu Dhabi 2014 (season finale), which has 50 for 1st down to 2 for 10th.
teams and drivers doesn't like the idea so there's no further double points event since 2015.
