Usually as early in the morning as you can, use Friday to scope out your target spot for Saturday and Sunday

I noticed you asked another question about the fan zone- if you’re doing general admission you might not be able to do the fanzone if you want a good spot for the sessions, usually it’s a bit of a choice between the two
