I have many workers in my electronics factory who are dissatisfied with their working hours. They are all full-time employees who work 48 hours.
Even though their working hours are 48 hours (full-time = 30-50 hours), their satisfaction is declining. What's going wrong here?

This happens when you change their shift mid-week. They remember what they have already worked, so now they are working too many hours total this week.
It will reset Monday, though!
