I think it's missing something that connects all these things. Maybe something like "A [descriptive adjective] man is assigned to investigate a series of [adjective] murders with a rival detective, and solving the case as soon as he can may mean getting the promotion that can help save his failing marriage and custody battle"

Where the Lullabies Flow is a creepy title so I recommend getting that tone in the logline with those adjective place holders
