this seems to be what crashes it. you probably have some outdated mod that adds an NPC with the nameoffice, since vanilla already has one. I'll take a closer look at what mods you have to see if any stand out

nice, it's a different error this time, so removing that first mod helped
the error now is [Error] Application: exception thrown, shutting down: (ItemException) Duplicate item name 'fem25wig' found
I'll take a quick look at your mods to see if any add that

I took a quick look at some of the mods you had, based on their names, and didn't find any that added wigs. You should download Agent Ransack (it's free) and use it to search your C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\OneDrive\Desktop\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820\ in Look in:, and put fem25wig in Containing text:
It should output files named contents.pak, click on them to see their path, and let me know the numbers that are in that path- the numbers are the mod ID
