trying to create custom chucklefish logo for my mod but cant get the frames right

I'm using cuter chucklefish as my guide and hes supposed to stand in place coat and hair ruffling in the wind but instead he just moves backwards

i was able to reduce it by repositioning slightly but its still not quite right
