If you don't find a better option, I would say you want something with %increased blood (or storage, whichever feels more impactful from what you've experienced so far), increased chance for x graft (again, personal preference on which type), and then probably a skill that adds defensive layers. Even if you're CI and presumably stacking energy shield, having a little bit of evasion or armor won't hurt you

i dunno if anyone else has been having issues with this but my luck the last few days with the tree (since the patch) has been awful, just spitting out random stuff and not seeming to take my tree choices into consideration when generating items. earlier today i "respecced" my tree (identically as it was, just unallocated and reallocated the points), and it seems to be generating items consistently again. if you are also having problems may be worth trying to just unallocate all your tree points and redo it 🙂

If you have some recovery on block usually it's possible to be expected to be "immune" to that size of hit

Not for this particular stat, but it's just how stats work? You're building additional stats into the same debuff. They'll be additive. Here's Mark on a comparable scenario of adding multiple take #% increased Physical Damage stats to the same Maim debuff.

2. Lavish gifts are rarer so increasing potentially small percentage by 72% won't necessarily reflect on drops in a small sample size

To elaborate - I believe thee grafts say '% increased' not '% chance', which means if the base chance was 50% to get Lavish (its not) and you have a 75% increased chance, the total math is .5 + (.5*.75) == .5 + .375 == .875 == 87.5% chance

Man this game is so weird, so my HC char with 82% fire resist (from fire dmg ) died from some mobs in rare t9 map ( without dmg mods) , then i went to t16 8 mod in SC with same char with juiced atlas and scarabs and cleared it just fine with zero problem, wtf.... i assume 2H phys axes? This is the tree I used throughout the league for mine. Increased: Speed and Phys. Reduced: Attribute, Crit and Fire/Light/Cold (pick one). You can also use some of the failures for recomb if they have a rare t1 mod (merciless, dictator). Fracture is optional with the last point. At this point probably not that useful anymore.

Depends on what point you are in progression. Tier 16.5's are (allegedly) quite good, or you could just do harbingers at basically any map tier. Breach encounters are decent, anything where you can stack a bunch of IIR is decent, etc
