This is poe 1. Most builds are 1-2 buttons max.

Hey, just ran bestiary for the first time, 20 t15/16 maps, all with +10 red beasts & copy scarab (so ~50c in scarabs per map), and I just went through all the beasts I got from that, and according to poe ninja the only 2 beasts I got that are worth more than 4c are 2 25c spiders according to poe ninja. (Atlas is also specced into this mechanic). I see that some beasts like vivid vultures & craicic chimeral are worth a good bit, but considering I spent 5d juicing 20 maps and got absolutely nothing out of it feels kinda bad. Am I doing something wrong, did I just get very bad rng or is beasts just not worth it anymore this late into the league?

Also is it worth listing all shitty beasts in some kind of bulk sale or do you just delete everything that isnt one of the top 20 beasts worth >10c

Have you read the announcement? Affliction and Sentinel are basically in the same state as in Settlers, only not limited to spawn in t16s. It's not as they were in their own leagues. Which is more balanced since the private leagues are not voided, but at the same time renders these completely pointless, so it's not a big deal to not pick a private league with them anyway

That was most likely on purpose because some people were interested in the alternate ascendencies but were against the idols. Since Phrecia, an event with both together just ended, they most likely thought it'd be fresher to now give the opportunity to be able to test classic ascendancies + idols, or alternate ascendancies + atlas tree

Is there a reason most people don't use VAAL Volcanic Fissure, I see most builds just use the base Volcanic fissure of snaking?

I don't know specifically what the vaal Volcanic Fissure does and if people would want it or not, but generally:

1. Volcanic fissure of snaking is a transfigured gem, which is annoying to get and probably a bit expensive to get several of if buying. So on average you'll need to corrupt 4 to get a vaal version. People might just not want to pay that much or farm several of the gems just for the vaal version.

2. Vaal skill are only versions of the base Volcanic Fissure, not the transfigured version. Even if you manage to vaal the transfigured gem. So the vaal skill might not be as useful compared to using the transfig version.

3. Often people will prefer having the gem 21/20 than vaal 20/20. If you are interested in the vaal version and want to minmax, you need double corrupt for vaal 21/20. With the cost of the transfig gem + cost of double corrupt and the low chance of hitting the outcome you want, it's quite expensive to do, and kind of a chore as well. It's difficult justify going to such length for meh vaal skills (which Vaal Volcanic Fissure might or might not be).

Whether or not it's likely to go core eventually is hard to say and might not even be something GGG has decided on yet.
Imo it's fairly likely that tattoos will go core considering that they've been bringing them back, or again stay as part of the next league mechanic.
Currency exchange is most probably going to either go core or be part of the next league mechanic.
Recomb is a big maybe. I'd say if it's in the next it'll probably be league mechanic again.

if you have a friend that can give you items you could have a bunch of free ones, but yeah 12 should be free just reaching maps you should be close to it, then to reach 24 you'll have focus on some mechanics and easy challenges i think ~24 challenges should be doable in ~30ish hours if you're not standing in your hideout for 4 hours between each maps 😅
