Yea they are gated behind certain quests, and level is depending on how much you kill.

Check with the NPC in town, you might be able to buy a gem that didnt show up as quest reward.

Blue wisps makes them drop currency.
Yellow wisps gives higher quantity of drops
Purple give higher rarity to drops

They are however tied to the map/area that you are currently in after exiting the woods.

endgame DPS for most decent builds at a baseline is around 2-3mil

EHP varies heavily based on your setup, i'm personaly more comfortable around 80k+ but I like tanky builds

no need to fill all voidstones unless you plan to use sextants, most people just run T7 graveyard. people like pathfinder just because poison is easy to scale for super cheap and it gets enough phys conversion to not have to worry much about armor/evade. if you're strong enough to comfortably clear tons of rares in T7 maps, you should be fine. If you can fit Defiance Of Destiny, it'll help a lot

If you go for just the main explosion damage, no dot damage

If you go for ignite or other dots, get dot damage
