its not timed in the zone, if you stand still the portal never appears, so its how much you wander around. so path wherever you see colored wisps to get the best bonuses

(thats why they always at the start of the zone, so the wisps can buff the whole map)

oh just found an interesting altar too, uniques have a 30% chance to be duped, but i always take critical hits

If you're going to stack a bunch of life, you can use the Warlock to use that life to buff BV damage. You can also take the Warden while levelling, to get the node that gives you movespeed with empty boot sockets. Should be easy to maintain in the campaign. The basic option is Primalist, you should be able to find some decent charms to socket in there

Please note that the choice isn't final, you can respec it

Fact, 4/6 players agree that affliction enemies should not be unkillable in act 1 and you should not be forced to bring in a level 32 character to kill double wisp brutus just to see them die and struggle for far too long. Although I can't tell if one of those people were mocking me...

I have this weird problem with my ESC button suddenly not working in POE.
Button stopped working midgame, it still works in windows, other apps.
I took a break because how tedious it was, Got back, for a short time ESC button worked again but wasnt long till it broke.

hi I'm having severe trouble during leveling, I spent the last 2 hours blasting through act 1 and halfway act 2 but now that I get to Oak the bandit he's empowered by the league mechanic and is basically unkillable, and often I encounter an enemy every 10 or 15 minutes that's empowered by the league and almost unkillable

like, with the league mechanic I spent 2 minutes getting him down to 90% hp, after reseting and without the league mechanic he died in about 3 seconds

I don't think that's really a build issue but more than a balancing issue
