Its 85:50:35 ratio (hypothetically). Then it makes it so total converted damage is 100%. 85 + 50 + 35 is 170. So 85 is half of 170. 50 is 29%. 35 is 20% of 170. Since it all rounds down, those are the numbers. You end up with 50% of random element, 29% as lightning, and 20% as chaos
