I can't make a bismuth fill 7 charges on 3s (I got only 2 flask charges every 3s from chest) as that needs 250% inc flask charges (I have 125% unbuffed). If I make one flask refill in 6s (2 refills) and one flask refill in 9s (3 refills), I get gaps every 6th refill. If I try to make a flask refill every 5th refill it needs to last 15 seconds and also somehow not fill before that
