its more about the relative price of corucopia relative to the price of lifeforce. I'm not sure exactly how much you expect to get, but run a map with cornucopia, see how much lifeforce you get, then see how much profit you get from selling that lifeforce. You'll sometimes get the bosses opposite each other, instead of all three, so assume you get a bit less than three bosses worth of lifeforce on average, though you can always guarentee you get the highest value one.
