In the league announcement video, it sounded like a hit would remove all stacks of HF, and make the hit gain 25% phys as extra fire per stack removed, but the wiki page and PoB tooltip for HF make it sound like a single stack is removed on hit ☹️

Hallowing Flame is a debuff that causes attacks against affected targets to gain 25% of physical damage as extra fire damage. Hallowing Flame can only benefit allies of the entity that inflicted it.

No, I was going to use Cyclone because I thought I was going to need to have 4 or 5 time my AG's attack speed... Replacing Cyclone with Smite in PoB to try to mitigate the "loss" of my extra HF stacks takes me from 4M to 3M dps 😭
