Diallas would bump us up to x1.6 multi, so thats only 10% more relative dmg (1.45x1.103 = 1.60), its likely +2 gem level would be the better slot to put it on, so lets assume we do that and stay at 1.45x, and take ~30% more dmg bonus from +2 red slot instead

Assuming lv 4 enhance +2 from diallas, that pushes us from 1.45 to 1.65, so thats only ~13.8% more dmg, which is very weak and loses to basically any support gem ever

@sonic vault if I were to go warden tinctures, Ive been eyeing going +1 rings disabling utility flasks and stacking tinctures instead, and then going coilng whispers for soul eater, and using rakiatas, and then prolly going self chill combo for even moar speed
