Depends what you're looking for. Slams are good, Spells are always good and have some good scaling components, etc. I like EHit Slayer as a leaguestarter (it's what I'll be starting) but some people find it clunky early on. Archmage is obviously good, EBlade was nerfed but is still very good, particularly if you go Foulborn Ghostwrithe.
