I know it's somewhere between copium and outright delusion. BUT. If you look at the text on FRoSS, it has two different lines that give base damage. And you can't have two base damage stats b/c that'd violate the concept of 'base damage'. So I'm crossing my everything and hoping that it's one of those 'it says base because you can scale it, but it's calculated as added damage somehow' for the damage based on ES, literally just so I can do absolutely bonkers-level scuffed stuff

Learn the basics that'll be transferable to (almost) every build/play style, then go back and do a deeper dive on the specific skills you want to focus on. The big change is that crops and ores are inverted for what they give when you ship 'em. So crops get shipped for gear and ore/bars ship for currency

Also balance changes to what comes from where and at what weights, but the main things was the swap on ore/crop purposes

you need to fill in all 3 things to get the correct result. how many socket on the item, then the stat requirements of that item (the base item stat requires with nothing socketed in it) and then the socket colourd you need. if you did all that, and got 5.7 for chromatic, that just means you will get your desired colours most cheaply by just using chromatics directly on the item, and will get them in an average of 6 tries (so 6 chroms)
