Map mods are not completely random, they're weighted. I have reason to believe the random mods added by Phrecia will follow these weights, and here's the breakdown for how often you'll encounter each map modifier in a high-tier map.

Hi guys. I'm thinking of either playing whisperer with kboc or finally try a flicker strike build. I always looked it up but never committed to actually playing a flicker build because I heard it's very squishy.
