oh boy, herald is the only build that can basically be thrown all the money you have and some more and still have room for upgrades
lets take a normal spark something guardian. a normal everyday nebullis costs 1ex. the explode nebullis is around 3mirrors, and something like crit multi+spell dmg nebullis is somewhere in between
then say, the body armour. shavs is just the start. you can later get either get saqawals and go CI, with rare crafted shield (or get 75% rmr from elsewhere so prism guardian reserves 0 life for each aura). thats an upgarde from 1-2 ex to atleast 15 ex for a decent rare shield+saqawal
you can also get a crusader explode very high es vaal regalia, for even more.

ass mark and crit multi gives you 3-5ex max
if you count freeze, at max 7-8ex
you have two free prefixes, so you can craft some life on it and call it a day. nothing more than 10ex even if there exists someone who desperately needs all four natural mods you have on there

@night pagoda that's not great - it's good stats and such, but it's on a rare body armor. that means it competes with GREAT stats like chance to explode, percent life, additional curse, shit like that. on top of that, any buyer has to 6L that to use it... so that's gotta be worth more than about 1500 fusings. those kind of stats on a helm or gloves are much better.

looking into it more the lightning leeched as es isn't worth much
other two together are ~14-25ex on the trade site
so i'd guess it would go for somewhere on the higher end of that range
maybe more since it has another useful mod

watchers eye is somewhere between 20-60 ex based on the trade site

from a quick look I'd guess somewhere between 5-15ex
the mana from life and malevolence puts it at 5 ex
while looking at the two clarity mods is sort of hard
aren't many up with both those mods
but from what I can see those mods put it at maybe 10-15 ex
