@hollow holly You look at offence / defense + utility stats. Ofence wise you have 2 rolls, 1 to 2 fire damage to attack and attack speed T2, defence wise you have t2 res + t1 life, Having the T1 life and 2 t2 rolls makes it worth someting. So you search trade for your top t1 roll (t1 life) + your other 2 stats (42 res and 11 attack speed) , so when you search you look for the "valuable" mods, t1 life, t2 res, t2 attack speed.

They'l tell u how high can u roll a modifier on an item, and u're basically searching all of them together and on high rolls, so yeah ofc they're going to be expensive

One of those items u posted could basically facilitate one's life a lot depending on their requirements, just like noname said earlier

If your build uses a ton of uniques, then it becomes harder to cap resistances, that's whewre these items go, and aside from life and res, u still have 16% increased damage, 12% increased maximum life
