The 100 life (even though it’s 80) comes from the strength. I don’t think vises can naturally roll 100 life so look it up like that, you’d find belts with str
And probably craft something on it to bring up in more searches

@languid rose on meele build u want as mutch (most of the time) phy dps as possible the thing what kills it, is the lack of inc Physical min.90% or a high phy damge u only need one of them an a free prefix. The missing of attack speed is also bad For example, a Siege Axe (38-70 base, 1.5 APS) with:
-150% increased physical damage
adds 10-20 flat physical damage
15% attack speed
20 qualityYou take the weapon's minimum and max dmg, add together, divide by two, multiply by attack speed, there's the weapon's dps.
In this case, you end up with a weapon doing 129.6 to 243. the attack speed is 1.725.
186.3 * 1.725 = 321.3675 dps, with some rounding here and there you can expect ~321-322 dps
