uniques are easiest to price for since they're so easy to compare to each other with the same mods. if you have the trade macro open an advanced search with +alt+d and check normal mods. If you think the enchant is worth something you can click open on poe.trade and add that enchant as an affix

I can't remember. That's pretty niche though so you probably want to compare to other aoe 1h or other aoe per 50 weapon
