the important things to look for in a regular belt:
- Total amount of elemental resistances, it it has an open suffix add 40 to this amount
- Total life
- Elemental damage, if you have an open prefix add 30 to this amount, if you already have weapon elemental damage and an open prefix add 20 instead
- If it’s a stygian
Some other mods like flask effects are okay but those aren’t as common
