nope. Look at the phys damage stat of your weapon, it is blue and also has added cold beneath it
whenever a mod says “adds x” on a weapon it means it only does so for attacks with that weapon

Ok stuff you can get through various slams:
- Normal slam: resist or a hunter mod (inc strength or ailment inflicts damage faster), otherwise all the other stuff is garbage
- Crusader slam: Nothing good, chance to avoid ailments and cooldown recovery speed.
- Redeemer: dodge spells or attacks, onslaught on kill, effect of non damaging ailments on enemies
- Warlord: lots of shit avoidance mods and a phys reduction mod
