Lowball/Cut them by 10-20% and see if he sells, if he ignores, move on to the next guy.

Priority for gearing for most builds is still
Defensive -> Utility -> Offensive
Defensive as in how much resistance and life is allocated across your character ( passive tree, bandits( alira ) included or not, ascendancy, gear ) ??
Utility would be flask heavy build, movement speed, curse, sustain, leech, immunity to ailments, immunity to stun, corrupted blood.
Last would be offensive, Weapons which are the most expensive.
The above statement allows you to judge and justify yourself whether the item u id sell or doesn't

You don't search EXACT stats, but u search based on it's properties which is buff effect and reservation.
Unless it's 1-5 off perfect rolls, you can try selling it higher, if the range of the rolls are somewhat 70-100 ( 95 or above will sell for a better price, because they don't need to spend divines )
Implicit rolls is another option which you can look into "Increased" or "More" damage multipliers.
Crit multi are the one's the most people prefer because it scales linearly, unless your build have 650% crit multi which most builds don't have.
Price it from there on +- , need currency ? sell it fast for the lowest price listed.
You want the exact value of the item and not take losses ? horde it for 2-4 weeks and see if it sells on the price you desire.
Last but not least, look at how long your competitors list them, 2 days ago ? 5 days ago ? 1 month ago ?
This will give u an understanding of prices, i can't give you an exact price because i'm the bitch who always price items at a premium price for my buyers to lowball me by 20% of my stated price.
P.S Buyer will also think whether the items they want to purchase will require any divines to make it better, unless you're divine it to above averages rolls to sell them, than you gotta include some "cost" for how many divines spent to compensate your losses.

So all you should look for is a 6L briskwrap and undercut 25-50% below market price. Unless you just want it to sit in your stash forever as its a shitty chest

Don't bother with ES and it will less likely sell because it requires exact base to start off like [Vaal Regalia], [Hubris Circlet], [Sorceror's Glove], [Sorceror's Boots], [Titanium Spirit Shield]
And second priority is resist if it's a defensive gear
For offensive gear would be attack speed/cast speed and flat X to attacks or flat X to spells on some shape/elder base
3rd priority is whether can it be crafted with open affixes ( prefix or suffix ).
using a small sample size of a rare item as per below would give u an idea how to price stuff and how buyers value their stuff.

21ex to spam alterations with including the cost of annuls and regal is more than enough to justify it
in the same situation if you're the buyer, would you overpay an item for 40ex(4ex for base,36ex of alterations annul and regal ) to craft the base with WED and Ass Mark ?
Some buyers are even more difficult to deal with, because of a similar Opal with t1 Ass Mark( Lv12 ) being priced at 1 or 2ex more than yours
The buyer might even buy the t1 ass mark, 42% wed Opal.

the second advice i could give you is to "camp/snipe" your own rings with live search
Those beefy/big trades above 2ex could give you an insight of how the market works which helps improve your price check skills.
How many similar rings in stock.
Whether it's a single "ass mark" opal base or "ass mark+ another t1" opal base ( flat cold to attacks, flat cold to attacks and spell shaper mod ) etc.
This will give you an idea on how you justify the price to the buyers when they often lowball you/cut 20% of the current price you set.
c/o is 15ex from the ring, buyers may cut you at 12ex since it's this late into the league.

No, as it is a 1 handed weapon it would only be a pseudo 4 link. Any attack based build can't use it because you need to rely on good weapon(s). For a spell based build you'd want more stats applicable to spells.

Makes sense for Aurabots since they path through there anyway, which means takes less pts than all the witch area aura effect jewels. 42% Effect and 60% AoE total with 9 pts investment. This is on Standard, now. Anyone in touch with what these are trading for?
I put an offer in on a 60% effect/80% AoE Glorious vanity (Witch node so less efficient point-for-point) and he wanted 150ex(std prices)

Based on what I could dig up the combination of life per second regen, herald buff effect, and increased lightning damage could be pretty valuable but I'm not sure

@twilit tapir just filter the herald of thunder buff effect and damage, implicit is bad.
it will be the an above average price because buyer doesn't have to divine it, (100% buff effect and 56/60% lightning damage)
Buyer will not pay 1-2 exalt more for 0.82% regen or Vaal skill Lightning damage

There are exceptions like uniques that can't have their colors change(skin of the loyal etc.), 5+ off colors on a high attribute chestpiece, or uniques that specifically benefit from socket colors and its usually only white sockets that carry value(triad grip, pariahs)
