there are some exceptions that are valuable e.g. cold dmg per dex, but that's on a case-per-case basis now

@oak fox how you usually price synth rings is you search for the 2 herald mods. You then see if implicits have any remotely useful that can bump up the price a bit(big ones being +1 frenzy/power charges)
Your ring has the 2 best hot mods which is why its worth several ex

@wet ledge I see only valuable mod and thats +1 to all lightning spell gems, if you search omen wands with + 1 light gems from pathofexile/trade there is couple priced at 10-30 c
