@nimble harness that bow is really good with elemental hit builds if im not wrong. And ele hit is not that popular compared to dex stacking builds this league. The base is not desirable as well. If i compare this to a dex stacking thicket bow with DD/AS theyre priced at 30ex+. Id say 15? Or probably less since i sold a 6link thicket bow DD/AS and +1 for 10ex

but people generally don't aggressively look for resists on a sin mark ring, because they want damage mods from it
what I'm trying to say is, while it is possible for someone to want to pay 50+ for it, I think that's very unlikely to happen. as such, I'd start out at something like 30 and lower it steadily
