@lethal glacier I typically see people selling rare hideouts for anywhere between 50C-1EX.
@regal horizon So generally for a ring like that, the two properties people would care about are resists and life. So if you search for other rings that have about the same amount of total resists and life as your ring, that should give you a decent idea.
There are a few other rings with similar stats that are in the 15-30C range.

so like for example, if someone else has one with the same 2 fracture mods, yours becomes more valuable by default because if 2 items have the same mods, there is a smaller pool of possible mods
also because fractured items are very hard to price it isnt unusual for buyers to try to lowball prices
(or for sellers to post way too high of a price either)

Its build dependent. Cast speed should be good in general but Quality gives you ltierally nothing
