It is less of a matter of how many mods are on the watcher's eye but rather what mods they are

Rolls aren't a huge deal unless it is a low value watcher's eye since divine orbs work fine.

Just refer the the search from dholly if it doesn't sell after a few days drop the price down to the a watcher's eye with one of two mods.

It is a level 20 shaper 5link for lightning spire, 120 life, and minus lightning res. And it is defiantly the item you list for a high price and take an offer imo.

Biggest problem with that is anyone playing OOS probably doesn't need 5L setup

Yeah you'd use OOS in the 6L with tempest shield in a 4L, 5L doesn't do much

inc effect of shock isnt a dead mod, but the life res and -lightning resistance probably aren't enough to make it worth much
