SC Betrayal no idea on this sceptre. It dropped like this and I crafted flat cold damage on it. Love to get some input on a price. At the time it was the highest cold spell damage sceptre on poe.trade but there is one with cast speed and 3% more now but no flat cold I believe and it's corrupted.

Generally speaking, almost rarely does anyone buy an item that's not 6 linked (weapon/chest) and try to 6 link it to make profit. or use.. they normally buy the 6link base then craft on there. That being said.. i'm not too sure on the staff. The PCOC is nice, the spell damage is nice...as is the added flat elemental damage. Try searching poe trade with those 3 mods and see what you get, my gues sis only a few chaos, but rather you check to be sure.

check an amulet with 50 res, % fire damage, and % increaesd max life... you'll prolly get a few hits and won't mean much, but that 10% max life will most likely equate to like a 50-70 life roll on a life char...and if u check 50 res 70 life and fire res.. a few chaos probbly. you should double check though. my initial hunch is 5-10c.. but verify

Hey guys! I'm having trouble pricing these. None of the specter boots are quite similar and their prices seem to vary widely. I think the Dex is pretty good to help Specter builds get that 111 dex but dunno if it brings the value down.
