Thinking maybe 2 ex? But maybe more? There's not anything listed in BSC with >130 total ele resists and also evasion and phys damage to attacks, so I'm not really sure how to price

@reef gust you were probably searching for them with the explicit modifier and not the implicit modifier. Cheapest Haemophilia with vulnerability on hit right now in BSC are 3ex

i would consider it an all-purpose belt rather than an attack belt. so maybe recraft with that in mind, if there are other good craft options. dunno if that helps

overall the item is not very valuable because 1) it doesn't have much synergy, 2) fire spells aren't popular

so i would put it for anything 3-5c on the off-chance it sells
