@dense canopy seems to me like there's 2 useful mods: extra cold and ele->chaos. Poison and edwas are a bit off here, stat sticks no longer work with attacks . So price it based on these 2 affixes. Also, the base is quite bad: casters want either 50% crit implicit or 1.5 attack speed (since shield charge now scales with base attack speed on the weapon)

@mighty mesa I can’t really get anyone to give a straight answer as to a good price. They’re are a lot shittier jewels up for 3. But some say 3 is too high. So I’m really unsure. Even reddit didn’t give me a rough estimate. They just said, “a lot”.

yeah the only real use I can see for that scepter is like, a cold to fire build thats using a one hander? maybe if someone is playing full conversion arctic breath or ice spears or something?

I searched summ of elemental and spell and then 2 of either lightning, cold, or fire
a few results in standard in the 2-5ex range
but didn't have the non-chaos as extra chaos
so ignored res and physical (and obviously acc)
