All uniques should be easy to Price check yourself. Even if the rolls are 100% perfect they are not worth a lot most of the times, unless it's a meta item. I don't think this is a meta item, you'd do best searching for that item with high rolls. like 170+ armor, 12% AS, 4% MS. Look at what's out and maybe, MAYBE put it a few chaos higher.

and on top of that you lose a huge amount of life

you have 9 endurance charges giving 45% phys reduction
that 15% conversion makes phys damage only being reduced by about 40% of it given that
