it's a good jewel by all means, but the abyss jewel market is so saturated that jewels without life are going to struggle to get more than 30c

you'll probably get like 15 for your's if being optimistic

cause you don't have raw crit multi and your rolls aren't very high tier

and which are best, not saying you're supposed to have all of them

if you have 3 good mods you stop rerolling already

and either sell as is or look to slam/wash

if you're doing alt spamming and you hit arrow + life on regal

you can multi mod and get like 8ex+

most rare quivers are just arrow + multi mod, and that's like 4ex

it you have a non crafted mod on top of it it adds value

The only thing the quiver has is crit multi, but that's only 1 mod, onslaught is too easy to get and the phys damage is not worth that much, especially since other mods are more important, such as the arrow, and higher phys can be essence crafted, but it's not highly wanted anyway.
The problem with bows/quivers is that you need to have a really good one to beat uniques, hyrris demise/drillneck/signal fire/rigwalds cover a large portion of builds
