How much should a wand like this go for? Crit mult/cast speed can be crafted on. The only similar items (30% spell damage, 70% spell crit chance, 70% single elemental damage, and 90 added elemental damage to spells) were 5 chaos for a wand with 2 non caster mods and no open affixes and 4 exalted for a wand with a crafted crit mult. A few things, when most people search for resistances, it's either to fill in gear, or just to blanket as much resistances as they can get, either way, if you search for a specific res, say 45 fire res, you might not find any rings with it, and you'll be like, this ring is unique no one has one, list it for 50exalted orbs and it never sells, but another ring has 25 cold and lightning combined, for 1c
Because the rolls aren't t1-2 (i'd hesitate on 2) most people can just craft what they need, so resistances are better off as much as you can get, the specific type doesn't matter
That's an example of an item where the resistances would matter, because it's double t1

You would be more likely to find it if you searched 40 fire res, 40 cold res, because it's a LOT harder to hit double t1 resistance rolls on an item, than it is to get 80 total resistances

Depends on the person, depends on if you 'need' something, for example, when I'm gearing a new character, typically I'll just search like, 80 life, 80 pseudo total res
When I get to my last few pieces, I'll be like, I need 40 lightning res, then I'll search for that specifically
As a general rule I use pseudo total, it generally averages my resistances out nicely

Huh, good to know. When looking at pricing, how much should you base it off of other people? My initial thinking was that similar rings were from 10-27 c, then a big jump with the 80 c, then another big jump for 1 ex. And they all seemed close in stats to me. I figured that as long as it was cheaper than the most expensive one it was at least more likely to get sold, but less likely than the cheaper ones. How much does other people pricing items affect the way I should price them?

What affects prices is supply and demand more than what other people are pricing for, because the system is setup that people can try to get the prices down if they want, it's not like a shop, where it's a fixed price. That said, you just need to work out what the important mods on an item are, you'll learn over time that searching for every mod on an item isn't worth it, half the time, most average items, are only 1-2 stats, even if it has 6 mods
So when I search 80 life, 80 pseudo res, I look for rings around a few chaos, that's for leveling
