the people who list for specifically 1 exalt, yea they're always down and itd be weird for them not to be
always use the official trading site for trading currency like exalts, that way you can blacklist the fake-afks and pricefixers. they're currently 88 or 90 chaos, could be 87 if you really want some now

You just need to learn what to be looking for on weapons, typically it's either high physical or high elemental dps (350+ dps is the starting point, and thats really only at the start of the league, at the end only 400+ for one handers would be decent enough to sell)
Thats the easiest way to tell if you might have something worth selling, just look at the dps, then you can check out other affixs later

but otherwise that is correct. Also dps doesn't really matter, focus on just epds or pdps instead since it is difficult to scale both at the same time

It's the best way to price an item because there are so many possibilities for resists that it's just better to search by the total amount of resist on the item instead of search by each resistance type

Because you can use one handed weapons as stat sticks, so you can gain a hell of a lot of extra elemental damage that way
