It's a pretty good belt with good resistances, high life and phys/ele damage. I've never personally priced anything above 30c, but I will say, generally when pricing, an Item, you want to look at core stats, meaning, for instance, The belt's high life and resistances

the increased elemental damage roll is worth a lot
- youve got 2 high resistances and a nice life roll
so yeah, you underpriced it by a lot
im not good at pricing but you have an open suffix/preffix (i dont know which one) and you have no dumped stats
- you have 50 cold and 35 fire
there are currently no rings on the market with those rolls
so youre probably looking at something in the 100c range or probably a lot higher
im not one to make a call on that though

@hasty wharf I don't think many people use Dual Strike. If they did though, Abyssus might be something they're looking for. It's niche, so won't sell fast, but I'd say (looking at other Abyssus enchanted with DS damage) probably 150c since it's perfect rolled on the phys damage taken.
