well, the same rule applies to all types of protection, you want to roll flat armor for instance and a percent increase, but those boots are alright
its sucks that that is on a low lvl item

Found on LSC. I figured I could probably get 1ex for it, as I'm not sure what builds would really want it, but the rolls are nice. I'm also not really sure if crafters would want it to try and ex top ES or Arm/ES%?

@uneven swallow This bow type is not commonly used as high-end gear and the level is too low to craft the best mods. You can't price it below a divine but people won't be willing to pay a lot more than that. You can try pricing it for a bit more than a divine if you're not in a rush, it may be useful for some new chars as a leveling bow.

@crisp sky triple attack speed is nice, might be usefull on Burning Arrow. Not on explosive as crit chance is useless on there. Probably about 15-20c
However it has no life or es, so might be hard to actually sell
