in general any 250+ pdps wand with 9+ crit chance is decent and for daggers 330pdps + nice crit, also those crown of eyes wands with 70%+ spell dmg and t1/t2 added light dmg to attacks are worth tons of exalts
though that 59% spell on wand is not much thats why i though couple of chaos check poe before pricing it

It's a mod category on Poe trade, it takes the combined amount of ele resistances in this case, so for example that ring has 58 pseudo elemental resistance
Yeah if you search specifically it's gonna be too niche, pseudo basically looks for rings with as much resistance as yours provides, not the exact amts for each value
