The life and resists are good though, I'd do a search for something like 'any spell damage, 80+ life, 70+ resists'

then drop the spell damage and see what changes

It's not a bad one, crit chance is typically avoided on jewels though since it's such a low value and you get it without getting it on jewels. Resists are a bit niche on there too

You'd be underestimating the value - the base is bad but the rolls (3/4 anyway) are good

the armour is waster

the others are fine

I'd search similar rolls on the other three mods and leave armour off to get a price estimate
