But u can get cast speed with essence.. and golden kris is best base with lowest attributes reqquirements.. And u can use shield charge with all 1h melee weapons.. sceptre is mace so its possible..

@long ember thats what i wanted to say : you cant naturally roll cast speed on daggers you need essence for it , i know you can roll both spell crit and spell damage on daggers . Golden kris might be the best base but the dagger he showed me first time had attack speed and i thought he needed attack speed for whatever the reason. I wasnt sure about the shield charge weapon requirment and i went on right researching right after . With his current budget it would have been cheaper to buy a scepter/wand with high crit chance for spells ,cast speed and spell damage than that dagger

Well. This is one of those tricky to price items deadrex, could be nothing at all. Could be a little. No matter it is not worth too much, kind of usable for some COC characters. But then again there are cheaper options that are better. Thus I would say. Vendor it.

If they are listed for similar you can price either same or lower, as it has the health regen but a slot for crafted res, if you mastercraft remove cold, and then it also has 99 life. So 1.5ex sounds fine for the stats it provides

@south wharf you can easily pricecheck unique items by looking at poe.trade. Prices could vary depending on the rolls (uniques usually have some stat that can roll different values). Corruptions (like curse on hit on gloves) can be worth quite a lot even if the item is getting sold for 1-2 chaos (look snakebites without and with vulnerability on hit). Enchantments are also worth a ton sometimes (rats nest normally around 5c right now with +2 barrage 10+ exalts)

anyways in case you did use a 6 L prophecy, make sure you check your prophecies, valuable ones can be sealed for a few coins and sold on poe.trade. Some of the expensive ones are the link ones, the one to create voidheart is like 30-40c. Those are some off the top of my head.You can always type the name of the prophecy in poe.trade to check the price.

a random hubris circlet with the enchant is 10c-1 ex and a random heritics veil no enchant is 45c so id say prob 45c - 100c is a conservative reasonable price but you might get more depending on the direction the wind blows
id prob ist for 200c and see if you get any bites then lower from there
