Yeah for the most part. Armor, boots, gloves, and helms are especially easy as it's high ES/Life with lots of resistances (usually 100+ total). With boots you want movespeed, generally 20%+.
Rings and amulets can be either damage oriented or defense, or a mix of both. The teir of the rolls matters a lot here, as even niche perfectly rolled items will be valueable to someone.
Gloves with lots of base physical or attack speed are also valueable.

Well, it's just easier to price semi GG items since there are at least a few like it out there. Now if those are prices accurately or not that's a different story. You can always list high and slowly lower the price until you get a buy.
But for something like my boots it's hard to even know a starting price. It's like selling a HH for 40 ex, yeah that's a lot of currency to get, but you could have gotten 60+ for it. So you "lost" a lot of currency by not knowing the actual price.

Well the problem with items like that is that it's kind of one of the last GG item slots people will fill. So I could be waiting a while for any kind of whispers. When I have them without a price I get a lot of whispers with very low offers. 10c to 1 ex. So all of them are just trying to scam someone. I guess I could talk to a few highly geared characters/streamers
