Unfortunately that body armor is not good enough to sell for a very highy price so basically it is worth a Divine Orb. If you are an armor based character then probably you can use it until you find a better one. In this case you either use it as it is or if you don't need the resist then scour it and craft 80+ max life on it with alteration orbs.

Problem with quivers is if they are offensive they have drillneck to compete with, which basically cant be beat, and if defensive they compete with rearguard or Soul Strike, both of which are also near impossible to beat with a rare

You cannot add value to that bow by crafting without getting lucky. On net crafting is a loss. If you want to use it or if there is nothig on the market then yeah go ahead and craft. If you want to make money off of it, then im afraid unless you get lucky, you wont make any more than the 7 jews you get from vendoring it.

5Ls are just too common at this point, and on weapons the rolls are more important than the links. You buy a good weapon and link it, you dont link a bad weapon and craft it good.

Well, not entirely true, some builds will take a 6L and craft it. Stuff like SRS for instance has an easier time rolling +2 fire, especially with essence

But for attack damage stuff, most likely you're better off getting something well rolled
