Just entered maps, is the goal to try to find those ultra rare towers while socketing higher tier Waystones on maps that I think I can complete? Also, should I do every objective or just the boss?

You first should start by doing your quests. So doing corrupted nexuses with increasingly waystone tiers, and gathering the splinters from breach and ritual maps. You also want to pick a direction on the atlas map and stick mostly to that one so you move away from the spawn point which makes it so that citadels can spawn.

You definitely should do all or most objectives on maps and also check out any anomaly maps you encounter(they got a specific orange colored icon).

Yes, completing a node prevents you from repeating it. If you fail it, you can generally retry, but without any extra league mechanics. You can now do the nodes that were after that one, and progress further into the atlas.

Yes, that's the tough part about getting that 1st tablet. Need the random extra content to spawn it. Same thing if you happen to run out, but usually you get another tablet within the 10 uses

How do people actually build and "farm" temples? Because after I reached maps, every time I run temple (not building yet), I need to unlock the 6 nodes around the ring for the map to spawn again. So having to do 6 maps for one temple run seems kinda wild.

If you die to either the whole temple will close. Do every other room first. If you are unsure of both do atziri first because the rewards are much better. If you are confident in your ability to defeat the architect do him first so that you at least get that done.

You still get to place other reward rooms but you won't be able to place the royal access chamber until you are 75. So it can be rewarding to fight him. Fighting the architect will also destabilize a bunch of your temple so it has a cost. Also as I said in my response to Owl if you die to the architect it will immediately close your temple.

The fastest way to delete your temple is kill the architect if he is really easy to path to and otherwise just open and immediately close your temple with no rooms placed. Repeat until everything is gone. Personally I’d try to fight atziri at least once before deleting your temple.

As Fairshadow pointed out, I was wrong above. You get multiple attempts but you should definitely do all non boss rooms first as you get locked out of them if you die.

I think some people had a setup stacking light radius to find them on maps faster and using the grand project unique tablet so that they didn’t have to actually complete maps just find the beacon.

Not sure anyone does the light radius thing after the buff to the number of crystals per map in higher tier higher mod maps.

My guess: ninja is showing hit damage and PoB is showing DPS assuming you are self casting. In PoB living bomb does 30k per hit but Full DPS is assuming ~2.5 casts per second resulting in ~75k DPS plus 7k ignite DPS.

To get an accurate DPS calc you'd have to know you energy generation rate which is highly context dependent.

Waystone difficulty does not affect the boss specific drops(lineage supports in this case) but will affect the regular loot. Player item rarity also does not affect boss specific drops. In citadels specifically “waystone drop chance” can increase the number of fragments that the boss drops. So, in citadels, waystone mods which increase “waystone drop chance” do have a beneficial effect on boss drops.

they seem equally easy/hard to me, chaos trial you can just do once if you are willing to buy the other two fates, so it can take 15 minutes, sekhemas takes much longer, you don't have to buy fragments, but you need to buy good relics

both are easy enough if you have some kind of budget build going on and you understand the basics of it like how to deal with traps, what debuffs to avoid in the chaos trial etc

I have leech, but since I'm using Blood Magic and have no mana, my life goes down pretty quickly. I've put as much life as I can on my gear and armour, but it still goes down relatively quickly and I'm clicking 1 pretty often. I use the freeze, which usually costs a fair bit of mana, but now since I don't ahve mana anymore, it takes away life. I think I'm a bit confused maybe and am trying to figure out how to not have my mana go down veyr quickly.

My rings and atziri should cap my Res by themselves. So I can dedicate the amulet, belt and boots to just ES, life and mana

Most uniques are worthless, some are worth a few exalted orbs, some are valuable right away, others only when getting lucky with corrupting them with vaal orbs, it all depends on the exact item.

PoB is short for Path of Building 2 (regular PoB is for PoE 1). It is an external app that allows people to share their characters and calculate all their stats. Poe.ninja is a website that extracts character and trade data from the game and is one way to share your character. These tools allow others to see all the passives, items, skills, etc on a character and can do things like calculate expected DPS in combat or the maximum damage you can take from a single hit before it kills you.

I'm using Blood Magic so that I don't have mana but it coverts to life costs, so my life goes down pretty quickly. I have as much life on my armour and everything, but I'm still pressing 1 to refill my life quite a bit. Since I use lunar assault quite often, which I think is taking much of my life, I'm just wanting to find a way that I don't have to keep refilling my life as often as I am and have it not go down as fast.

It looks like there are some compounding issues:

1. Your gem levels are very high. This is usually a good thing because it results in more damage but higher level skills cost more. It might be more effective to increase your damage in other ways and save on mana costs.
2. Your damage is low. Lower damage means less damage to leech from. Damage calculations are complicated so I'll explain this later. This could be a PoB problem since some things are still not properly implemented(including inevitable crits).
3. leech only works on physical damage and a lot of your skills convert some or all of their damage to cold leading to less leech
4. your life total is relatively low. This is probably okay since you have a lot of energy shield but it makes sources of % life recovery much less effective. You really want life and large amounts of it on every piece of gear.

On damage scaling in general check out this guide from #1308715317375270952.

• You don't have enough accuracy to actually hit 100% of the time. Look for accuracy on the passive tree, items, or a spirit support.
• You have a lot of investment into critical strikes but because your weapon has very low base crit and no crit chance mod your crit chance is still very low. While you do have "Forced Outcome" to ensure crits every time you have to roll that you lose damage. PoB doesn't calculate inevitable crits but 13% is very low. There are other talisman bases with higher base crit and you can roll a modifier that adds to the crit chance.

On recovery: easiest fixes are cannibalism spirit support and life on kill jewels. There are some percent life regen passives on the tree and you can get flat regen from items. You could also consider not using blood magic and taking some of the points for reduced mana cost of attacks and mana regen from flasks.

Use a Visions of Paradise tablet (pricey but worth it) to let you run the same map again after completing it once, giving you 2 shots at getting the gem

Load a map with a few revives because if you die, you could be losing out on a lot

Form what I heard, rarity does not affect the drop rate

I usually do a rare waystone with 2 revives

but if u really not confident in beating the boss, dont be afraid to go with more revives

Think lottery ticket instead of paycheck but doing these often will eventually get you something. I done many and got 2 rakiatos flow which was nice

For delirium mirrors it says to stay in the fog but i dpont see a border to the fog. I just run out of things to kill. it seems to go away and come back i dont understand it.

Basically if you go back towards where the mirror was the timer will show up. I don't think I've ever really seen an edge of the fog. As long as you keep heading away from where you started the map and keep killing stuff the fog remains but if you backtrack, the map loops around, or you stop killing stuff the timer runs out and delirium ends.

I think the devs intended you to kill mobs faster so that they don’t stack up that much. Originally you only got 6 revives so if you got into that position you were supposed to fail. With infinite revives it feels like you have to keep trying which kinda sucks sometimes.

You have to put in 3 emotions in a specific order as well as the amulet.

New player. A few days ago I asked how to get divines and was told temple is best way. Great advice because I managed to get like 3 divine orb whilst playing yesterday which helped my build out. But it is not consistent. I get one divine perhaps once every three temple runs. This is where I am upto. I have fodder dungeons in the middle which I have left out. How far along the snake will I get consistent 5+ divines? What is the highest it could go to if I keep snaking around the temple?

if you want builds less expensive than 8k divines then you are wasting your time building a temple, you can just farm divines instead

All other sources of added physical damage and % increased physical damage will only scale the unconverted damage.

If you are shooting for a specific snake layout, it is recommended to remove all the extra rooms and get your architect into the position recommended by the specific layout you are shooting for. If you are just trying to make a random snake then its fine if you dont remove them first.

get campaign rewards, as amazong I would aim for 10k ES with rare items, but with your build if you buy a 650 ES helmet, 500 ES boots and get a lot of ES mods and passives you can maybe stop being a glass cannon

I managed to finally connect royal access chamber and atziri’s chamber. I have never done this fight before but I am reading there are one shot mechanics. My build usually finishes any empowered t15 boss within a few seconds. Will it be the same or is it substantially harder? I just don’t want my temple to collapse before beating the boss.

It’s simple, to have more of certain rooms, you need tech because game doesn’t allow You to place spy > garrison > spy or golem > smithy > golem.

No worries, the area 80 ones there are really many of them as it's the highest area you can drop so everyone drops those. Due to that they aren't really worth much.

The lower levels however can be worth allot. Especially if they are right after an ascendancy jump

PoB is the best tool but usually the skill gem menu tooltip is a decent indicator. If you have a lot of conditional damage or things that depend on enemy stats(e.g. close combat support or resistance penetration) it’s not good for that. If you have some conditional buffs then you can pause in a map by bringing up the passive tree and check the tooltip then.
