please give me advice. My Currency Exchange has OLD trades that can't be removed. It says to use League Migration to move old trades over. These were from 0.1 before Ange existed

Act 4 is not unlocked until you speak with Doryani, so you can log on to your Standard character, unlock Act 4 through Doryani, speak with Ange, and you can access all of the stuff.

Making a new character is unnecessary and overkill

by default, enemies can have one poison affect them. you can apply an infinite amount, but only the strongest one will deal damage. further applications don't refresh existing ones or add any damage

Is anyone able to help me out with resistances vs the Soul Cores which apply Armour to Damage? LIke, if I'm lets say 50% Cold res, am I better off socketing a rune for the 14% resistance increase, or am I better off using a soul core of HEatproofing? I'm guessing it's armor relative (I have 15702 and 48K vs Heat damage - wearing flamesilk and goregirdle), but I'm still unsure how I'd know which was more effective.

Gem levels give you base damage which is then multiplied by all your increased damage summed together. That means that when you have a lot of increased damage extra increased damage has less effect.

I did same mistake. You need a road, not a room. Her room is blocked off, need to destabilize it and path the roads directly to her room and use the special access room too

Your setup is actually better for farming though, you just won't fight her

Look for remnants that say increased chance for logbooks. You can also get increased logbook chance on tablets. Logbooks are random but it shouldn’t be that rare.

I've never had that good of luck with logbook drops, I've gotten a few this league though, a bit more now than entire 0.3 league already though. I think I got like 3 or 4 books for entirety of 0.3, I played a lot too, didn't focus on expedition though,just whenever it randomly shows up

Gotta get a few runs to build up rooms. Ideally, pay attention to the roads, it's possible to block yourself off if the road isn't connected. Road must connect road. Medallions are kinda rng, they have their own purposes, read what each does.

If you build up enough, you'll connect to the architect, or atziri when you're farther along

Take nodes on the atlas skill tree that increase waystone drops, buy a few waystones that have a high roll on waystone drop rate.

That should pretty much set you up permanently to not run out during natural play.

Hi all, I'm after a bit of guidance please 🙂 I am someone who has a lot of time to play, but am definitely not a hardcore player in terms of my ability or knowledge. I'm just a middle aged dude, living alone, who likes to kill shit and get loot. This season I have ended up with a lightning deadeye ranger. Despite most of the guides being out of date for 0.4, I've cobbled up a decent enough setup and can clear T15s reasonably well.

That said, I have now hit the point where I die often enough and require so much XP to level, that I am stuck at 91. I don't mind being stuck at level 91 per se, but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do now and how to progress/improve. I don't particularly want to lean on the temple nonsense that's going around at the moment, I would rather spend my time learning more about the game so that I can be better prepared in future seasons. I should add that I really only play solo.

Going full evasion is always going to be risky since you don’t have guaranteed mitigation or es to increase your hit pool. That said you should be able to get a lot more evasion than you currently have. Like my build is using evasion/ES hybrid gear and the recommended minimum evasion is 22k after all buffs.

To get rid you have to path them them and do them.

If you go past them and do them they will still be removed, disconnecting your chain if it extends past it.

That's the only way for normal rooms/paths to become disconnected.

each rare monster is a dice roll, more rarity makes the dices loaded, on gear it helps, but not as much as running waystones with chaotic rarity omen to max it, tablets with rarity
more rare monsters give you more rolls, so you need to have tablet with rare monsters as well, more modifiers on rare monsters makes them multiply the rarity even more
monster effectiveness gives you more dices in each roll as it increases quantity
you multiply all that with waystone effect on atlas tree, tablet effect

I recommend you put first 2 orbs on the map if you get the modified regal and exalt. If you don't get the mod throw and alch on it, it will reroll the existing affixes, so you have a higher chance of hitting

Can anyone please tell me how to deal with the annoying one shot mechanic this particular abyssal rare has - it's driving me absolutely crazy. It's some little mob that spawns all this stuff that looks like stars and space and it appears so fast and insta one shots me. I've just upgraded my gear to have 120 rarity, so was thinking of getting chances for more abyss + more rewards + omen of monster rarity on my map

They used to have the affix tiers go the other way, but that was a problem, since some mods have many tiers and some few. Making best=1 let's you know it's good for any mod. Where as the non-id-ed gear tier levels are 1-5 for all gear, so it's not ambiguous.

I actually figured it out before i seen the youtube videos, obviously not the first but i love abyss and I'm a pathfinder so naturally didnt wana get close to the mobs

Lots of nodes get bugged like this. Best you can do is try some other nearby nodes and hope it unlocks.

The whole game is about killing stuff and doing stuff, and everything drops various items.

If you never kill rares and do map objectives then you will lose out on many drops.
