Its a percentage, so level range is different per your level

7 is the safe min range ive been told throughout the years

Worth to note that with better density maps you will just get more exp despite the diminishing returns , like doing dreadnought / aqueducts

In poe 1 and 2 you need to get through the campaign anyway so, you put on the twink gear and finish the campaign and ull be good anyway

In terms of what I've found works well though:

1. Chaos dot takes time, chronomancer definitely gives you time. Whether it's slowing enemies or freezing bosses, you give yourself time to ramp/setup or time for things to tick.
2. Chaos naturally can invest in spending health/mana pretty heavily to get more out of damage, and rift gives a great way to take those nodes and the extra costs and then instantly recoup them with rift.

I don't feel great basically spending 4 points on that, but doubling your "life" recovery is kind of a big deal when it's also your main spellcasting resource lol

there are really only few things to consider

1. mechanics in the map - expedition, breaches... that you want/can/don't want/can't do efficiently
2. towers - to prepare some area with a bunch of towers for throwing a bunch of tablets into the towers to juice everything around
3. biome - if you have that atlas node that buffs certain drop types based on biome
4. pathing towards a citadel

You are right - First one is Global, and one is just for spells. Its all about rolling modifiers.

if you have all of them you get either temporary ones, relics or rarely a major boon

i prefer the "change parameters" shrines on floor 3-4, sometimes you can delete bad afflictions

but merchants are never bad

I'm having issues maintaining T15s atm. I have some, but not enough. I always run high waystone multipliers and quant rarity from waystones. I have zero rarity on my gears. T15 drops rarely for me, so most of my T15s comes from reforging low tiers.

dont hold back on exalts on maps imo its always worth it and clear maps to <50 mobs left

I don’t think you can defer that item again in same map but each time in a new map you defer it will become cheaper the next time…if it appears and you do NOT defer it then its price will go back up again

You have access to a generator of one type charge but a consumer of another type. An example build using it is ice monk. Generator is Combat Frenzy. Consumer is Charged Staff.
