When I fight mobs, and they come close - idk about single enemy, but 2 and more make me unable to move for sure. Can't move ANY side.
I can shoot, I'm not stunned, they white and I'm evading their hits easily. But even if they stay in front of me like top of 'X' symbol, when im in the center of 'X' - I can't move, not back, not front, not sides.

I don't have any effects on me too.

Only way to move is stop shooting and start moving.

So basically I cant shoot and move for some reason.

I mean, maybe I just missed and its pinned effect? But I don't think white mobs can do that. Especially when they miss all hits

then u should check if the build ur playing (if ur following a guide) is using armor, evasion or energy shield

if ur main stats are dex, int, or str u should get upgrades with those requirements so u can equip them easier

Correct, as endgame content is like level 65 minimum, 70, so until they add acts 4-6 you need to repeat on cruel to get the xp to get to those levels

Delirium drops oils. Put 3vif these oils into an annoint screen i assume you get in endgame, and depending on the variety of oil you will get a passive anointed. This isn't random it's set per combo of oil, and you can see the oils by holding alt when looking at the passive tree
