Reading a guide to get pointers, and the guy mentioned "Sigil of Power is made available through equipping a Chiming Staff in our Weapon Set 2 equipment slot so it doesn't require a free Skill Slot." Now the build doesn't use the weapon skills from the weapon set 1 staff, so it will be blocked anyhow. SOmewhat unsure how it frees up a skill slot?

Shaper of Storms allows all damage from hits to contribute to shock chance, but it does not guarantee a shock; you still need sufficient shock chance and damage to overcome the enemy's ailment threshold. Therefore, if you aren't shocking, you likely need more shock chance investment on your gear or passive tree, or to increase your overall hit damage to meet the threshold.

Now something that may fix that is getting more flat lighting damage or even spec a bit more into shock chance and see what you’re doing then

You can't. There are very few optional bosses in the game in general, and Interlude has none of them.
Edit: 1 if you count the thing that gives you +2 Weapon Set Skill Points as optional.

everything else depends on what you'll focus on more amongts the endgame mechanics

I know it was just an example, but thorns is actually much, MUCH stronger in poe2. There are supports that make your skills scale with your thorns damage, there are nodes on the tree for thorns, etc.

I just tried to desecrate my wand while in Demon Form, but my character isn't playing the animation. She's stuck with the wand in her hand, but I cant't do anything except moving and the wand is not in my inventory anmore.

Hey guys, what's the easiest class to improv a build with? I'm looking at all these builds and I just can't pick one so I figured I might as well just pick the easiest one to build for.
