all classes are pretty rough for new players at the moment, it seems. I've heard that rake + stomping ground + brutality is solid for leveling wtih a spear

for a caster, essence drain+contagion is pretty smooth

from my limited experience you can clear small mob packs with it, you first cause bleed with rake on enemies and then explode them with blood hunt, you also need to take blood herald

You should never need to stop to farm really as long as you're diligent along the way, checking vendors when you level and crafting every equippable base in your worst slot.

Yeah that is obviously how it is supposed to interact with each other but anything larger than a wolf seems to just shrug it off without much impact - pressing 3 to 4 buttons (if you want Pursuit to also activate) to do ... jack shit is starting to feel really annyoing and my Strength is starting to fall off so far that Stomping Grounds Rake seems to start to be rather bad - though I STILL do not know how Stomping Grounds STR damage is scaling with passive skills (as Huntress has mostly access to Attack increasing passives, is Stomping Grounds an Attack?)

Not nearly enough life, both of those uniques are basically doing nothing for you, especially that helmet. Replace helm>chest>buckler IMO those buckler res rolls are so low and block chance isn't that high of value early in the game.

No inherent to me tells me you could still get other sources of flat mana regen. But I could totally be wrong. Seems like stacking life would be the way to go for that node since it changes how you regen. Dunno if regen nodes would affect that. Do some testing. Check your regen rate and then take or respec a regen node and see if it changes.

It sounds like you just need to get a bit better gear from vendors or drops, but you really dont need much to get through the campaign. I'm playing a merc with pretty shitty gear from act 1 and Balbara took like 1-2 min tops

theres only a handful of uniques that drop from specific endgame bosses, most uniques are rng drops

uniques do something unique, that unique thing may or may not be good for you

most are just bad if you dont need the specific thing they do, and most early uniques, especially weapons arent very useful in the endgame because the damage or other stats on them just arent good enough

You can't target farm uniques except for the ones that are particular to certain boss' drop pool. The level of a unique doesn't matter, just what it does, though the higher level ones are usually better. Many uniques have a minimum zone level in which they can drop so you aren't able to find literally anything during the campaign, but rather a limited pool; however, they don't drop relative to your level per-se you can still drop level 1 uniques in late game maps. The only super relevant thing to a unique's level is if it has a spell(s) or special abilities in it, then its level will determine the level of that spell.

Ive always used Sunder with my warrior and used shield charge to push groups to stun threshold for boneshatter spam. That was my build anyway.

Supposedly perfect strike is good but i dunno it was always real weak for me. Maybe later on it gets crazy? I dunno. All i know is Sunders auto crits melted bosses in under 30 seconds
